What I've noticed since moving back about a year ago is that there are many, many pit bulls, rottweillers and any other labelled MEAN dogs! People let them run around loose, lock them in their garages and chain them to trees in their yard. And, most of all, these animals are left out in all kinds of weather. It is disgusting.
Also noticed that there are alot of "thugs" walking up and down the streets; not the sidewalks. What's that all about?
